Each person has their own individual way of receiving and processing information, which is characterized by a certain learning style. This simple test (called the VAK) will help you quickly find out which learning style you prefer.

VAK was developed in 1920 by a group of psychologists and describes the most common ways of learning and their combinations:

visual, auditory and kinesthetic.

Through the VAK test, you will find out which style is dominant in you and in what proportion to the other two. You may have one dominant learning style or even two of them. You may find that different styles suit you best for different tasks.

There is no perfect style, no wrong questions, answer the way you feel most comfortable.
