As a starting point for the coaching relationship or as a tool for self-analysis, I invite you to complete your wheel of life.

Whether you want to do it manually or digitally, using the form below, as a concept, we have a circle as a base to divide into 9-10 slices, each slice being dedicated to an important category in your life ( health, family, emotional or mental state, finances, friends, career, home, love, spirituality, hobbies). 

Once we have this circle, I invite you to rate each category from 1-10.

Now that you have taken this step, you can continue with a list of things you would like to improve in the areas of interest to you.
